Product Manager Cardiology (all genders) As a product manager, you are responsible for the development and implementation of the national sales and marketing strategy, taking European requirements and local market conditions into account. You coordinate market analyses, manage marketing projects and support internal and external stakeholders. You will also monitor budgets and support European projects. YOUR TASKS AND ESPONSIBILITIES Development and implementation of the national sales and marketing strategy for the assigned product within the framework of the European sales and product strategy, based on national market conditions Independent participation in European product strategies and brand development of the product to be introduced Independent creation, implementation and success control of the operational annual marketing plan (including budget planning) in collaboration with the Brand Nucleus while adhering to deadlines and budgets within the framework of the company´s internal and external guidelines and codes Coordination and approval of market and competition analyses Independent planning, control of market research projects in close cooperation with the national market research department and the subsequent derivation of measures Responsible for scientific marketing materials, advertising and communication activities Planning and participation in national and international events such as symposiums and congresses WHO YOU ARE Medical, scientific or business studies Sound marketing and sales experience, experience with product launches Several years of experience in healthcare marketing (market indication and product understanding) Extensive experience in initiating, organizing and executing events Experience in developing a marketing strategy and plan Independent budget management/controlling Very good knowledge of German and English This position sits within Bayer Vital.
